Coping with the Credit Crunch

Moneymadeclear from the Financial Services Authority (FSA) provides clear and impartial information about financial products and services. It aims to help consumers help themselves to make informed decisions about their money.

How can you use it ?

Help your clients manage their money by:

• using the interactive online tools, such as the Financial healthcheck and Mortgage calculator to help your clients understand their financial situation; and

• using our impartial 'Compare products' tables which list the features and costs of different financial products to help them find the right product to suit their needs.

You can also use Moneymadeclear to help support your discussions with clients - by using their products explained sections or free printed guides to help explain the features, benefits and risks of financial products - such as mortgages, insurance and retirement options.
