“With Pride” – The Official Rugby for Heroes World Cup Anthem 2011 - Song Launch for Rugby & Military Charity

This is the launch of the first charity song for Rugby for Heroes. The charity was established earlier this year and is growing from strength to strength.

The Patron of the charity is England Rugby International and Captain, Mike Tindall. Mike has endorsed the charity since its inception along with several other Premiership team players.

The song and video were recorded and filmed at Twickenham Stadium in July with their kind permission. The Military are featuring heavily in the recording of both the song and the video; the choirs along with serving personnel from across all forces were in attendance. They appeared side by side with players from the Rugby Premiership.

The song is featuring at a growing number of events throughout, including military, rugby union and rugby league. Forthcoming events include:-

12th August 2011 – Northampton v Russia preseason friendly
20th August 2011 – Party in the Park at Brize Norton
27th August 2011 – LIVE at Henley Rocks
3rd September 2011 – LIVE at The Double Header at Twickenham
4th September 2011 – Northampton v Gloucester
