TROOPS TO PARTY IN THE PARK WITH ROD STEWART

Tickets for Troops are delighted to announce that they have been donated tickets to Rod Stewart’s concert in Hyde Park, London on Sunday 26th June.  The event is the same weekend as Armed Forces Day on Saturday 25th June which, is day to honour and show support for our Armed Forces.  Supporting acts are Stevie Nicks, Adam Ant & The Good, The Mad, Loveley Posse, Rumer, Train, Mike & The Mechanics, Barenaked Ladies and James Walsh.  Gates open for the event at midday with the first act going on stage at 1345.

Tickets for Troops was founded in 2009 and has teamed up with a wide range of organisations to offer our Armed Forces free tickets to a huge number of high profile events, recently these have included The Brit Awards, England v Switzerland and many West End musicals.

Since launching it has provided over 270,000 tickets and 90,000 troops have registered on the website - www.ticketsfortroops.org.uk.  This initiative has attracted maximum support from a host of Patrons, including Joanna Lumley, Alan Shearer, and PMs wife Samantha Cameron.
