Harry's Arctic Heroes

The following attached blog post is from Captain Martin Hewitt, who takes part on Harry's Arctic Heroescurrently on BBC One and the BBC iPlayer.

Martin was shot in Afghanistanand lost use of his arm as a result. Together, with a group of other disabled ex-servicemen, Martin was part of a trek to the North Pole, and he's written about how this expedition helped him adjust back to life outside the Paras, and helped him cope with the loss of use of his arm.
