Show your love for veterans and support Erskine Edinburgh’s Valentine’s Fayre
Supporters of the veterans’ charity Erskine are invited to show their love for Capital’s ex-Service men and women by attending a Valentine’s Fayre.
On Saturday 12th February, the charity’s Erskine Edinburgh Home in Gilmerton, will open it doors from 2-4pm to raise vital funds.
There will be everything from home baking to adult & children’s tombola and Erskine merchandise on sale. Lucky visitors will also have the chance to enter the Love Hearts Raffle Draw, which boasts a range of top prizes.
Erskine provides a high standard of care to veterans at five homes across Scotland and last September furthered its commitment to caring for ex-Service men and women in Edinburgh by more than doubling the number of residents in its care.
John Fyfe, East of Scotland fundraiser, said: “We are delighted to open the doors to our expanded home once again and welcome supporters of Erskine to raise funds for our cause. There will be lots of different stalls on offer and chances to win some fabulous prizes. So please show your support for Erskine in Scotland ’s capital by attending our Valentine’s Fayre.”
Entry to the Valentine’s Fayre costs £2 for adults and £1 for children, and are available to purchase from the door on the day. Raffle tickets are also on sale in advance at the Erskine Edinburgh Home reception.
