Calling D-Day and Normandy Veterans – An appeal by Lion Television

“Lion Television is a television production company making high end programmes for major channels.

We are currently making a history series and are very keen to speak to two categories of veterans involved in D Day and the Normandy landings in June 1944: firstly those who were medics, and secondly those who were pilots or crew of aircraft tasked with transporting men and equipment to France.

This would be with a view to incorporating something of their experience at that time.
