If you feel you may be eligible to claim a War Disablement
Pension, a War Widow's/Widower's Pension or a claim under the Armed Forces
Compensation Scheme, you will need to complete a claim form.

A Helpline operator will be able to give
you help and advice over the telephone on how to complete your claim form.
War Pensioners' Welfare Service
The War Pensioners' Welfare Service (WPWS) can provide help, advice and guidance
to people who are in the process of claiming a war disablement, a war widow's/widower's
pension or a claim under the Armed Forces Compensations Scheme.

ex-Service organisations can also provide help and assistance
in completing your claim form.

The Royal British Legion provides free help and advice for all ex-Service personnel and their dependants who are applying for war pensions, War Widow's/Widower's pensions and other allowances. They will also represent you free of charge at war pensions appeal tribunals.
