How we helped Dan from Ripon.

Dan served in the Royal Engineers. From 1962 to 1988  and has been a war pensioner for a number of years.

Dan says: “I contacted the Veterans-UK helpline and was put in touch with Linda, my local Veterans Welfare Manager. We had a good talk and agreed I should apply for an increased war pension.  Linda helped me fill out all the forms and I now get a 20% higher pension and mobility supplement.  I’m over the moon with the help I’ve had from the Welfare Service.  I’d recommend them to anyone and have done so to several other local veterans.”
