Calling all WWII Veterans who served in Kent
Calling all WWII Veterans who served in Kent during the years 1939-1945. Life TV Media ONE, a Sky broadcaster and production company in Kent, is producing a six-part series on 'Kent At War' for KentTV.com. We are looking for contributers who were based in Kent during that time and who would be willing to talk on camera, about their personal experiences.
We are looking for particular involvement/information on any of the following:
- Women's Land Army
- Home Guard
- Dunkirk
- South East Deception Plan (D-Day)
- Observer Corps
- ARP Wardens
- The Blitz (fire/rescue services)
- Battle of Britain (Radar/plotters/ground crew/aircrew)
