War Widow/ers Rail cards

War widows over 60 years of age may apply for a discounted Senior Citizens Rail Card. You can do this by telephone or you can write to One  Railway. If renewing your card you can do this a month in advance.

By Telephone:

To obtain the card for the first time or to renew your railcard.

Have your War Pension Number or National Insurance Number ready and your credit card or debit card.

It is a call centre so be prepared to wait.

In your letter state that you are applying for or renewing a War Widows Rail Card. Include your War Widow’s Pension Number or your National Insurance Number, your date of birth and your home telephone number
Put in a cheque made out to One Railway for £14.00

(The full price for a senior’s railcard at the moment is £20.00 less our discount of £6.00)
