We are currently receiving a high volume of calls. If your call is regarding progress on a recent claim you can expect to receive an acknowledgement within 10 working days. Due to the high intake of work all claims are being dealt with in date order, prioritising the most seriously in need where possible. We endeavour to provide regular updates every 12 weeks so please be patient if you haven't had any contact with us recently whilst we work to clear cases as quickly as possible.

Can I Visit Norcross in person?
Regrettably, it is no longer possible to visit Norcross in person. However, help and advice is available from our free Veterans-UK helpline and the Veterans Welfare Service, who can visit veterans in the home if needed.

All allegations of suspected fraud are processed by the Service Personnel and Veterans Agency Fraud Team in line with current legislation and SPVA fraud policy.
