Pensions Appeal Tribunals
When someone disagrees with the decision made on his or her war pension claim,
they may wish to make an appeal and have their case looked at by an independent
panel. War Pension appeals are passed by the Agency to the Department of Constitutional
Affairs (DCA) to be listed for a hearing with the Pensions Appeal Tribunal
(PAT). The decision of the PAT is then implemented by the Agency.
