Investors in People - Leadership & Management
Model
In March 2005 the Veterans Agency was successfully accredited against the Investors
in People (IiP) Leadership & Management Model. The Agency was the first civil
service organisation to be recognised against the Model. The assessors said that
the vast range of learning and development opportunities and the fact that the
needs of different groups of people were recognised were a credit to the Agency.
