Agency Retains its Charter Mark for Excellence in Public Services
The Charter Mark Scheme is a Government service initiative administered by
the Cabinet Office aimed at encouraging and recognising public sector organisations
that strive to deliver excellent service to their customers.
In October 2004 Veterans Agency were successfully re-accredited
against the Charter Mark standard for the fourth consecutive time.
The assessor commented that the obvious enthusiasm and commitment
of staff serves to provide a first class service to our customers.
